Rig Wash is a powerful drilling equipment cleaner in oilfield applications which is formulated with different kinds of active cleaners containing several detergent emulsifiers and surfactants.
These surfactants have high cleaning ability against the oily contaminations of drilling equipment.
Applications:
Rig Wash is completely soluble in water in any proportion. The usage amount of product completely depends on the cleaning operation and the thickness of the dirt, covering the surface. In other to achieve the best result, it is recommended after pouring the solution with the appropriate density and considering enough time, the water sprayed onto the contaminated surface by using the nozzle. Remarkable cleaning action may be attained on smaller items by soaking in a solution of Rig Wash for a short period of time. Dilute 50:1 with fresh water or salt water for use in pressure sprayers or as a heavy duty general purpose cleaner.
For lighter duty cleaning, Rig Wash may be diluted as much as 100:1 without losing its effectiveness Obviously by using the brush or other similar tools along with warm water, the cleaning period and the usage amount of Rig Wash will be reduced.
