One of the problems related to the production is the presence of oil emulsions and environmental concerns. In order to prevent the formation or break down these emulsions, chemical demulsifiers of varying efficiencies and effectiveness have been developed over the years. These chemicals are easily applied and affordably. We can reduce and optimize the demulsifier dosage by evaluating various components in the treatment program.
Schatco offers 4 demulsifier classes as SCH-2030, SCH-2040, SCH-7030 and SCH-7735 from a variety of different chemical and efficient and tailor-made. The demulsifier bases of Schatco are resin alkoxylates, amine alkoxylates, polyethyleneimine alkoxylates and ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymers designed for various water-soluble and oil-soluble demulsifiers.
